Who is Pro-Energy?
Pro-Energy is a registered supplier of natural gas approved by the New York State Public Service Commission. Pro-Energy's mission is to provide low cost natural gas to businesses and homeowners in Western New York.

Why should I enroll in the program?
With deregulation you have an opportunity to purchase your energy supply at a price that is less than you have been paying to National Fuel.

How can it be cheaper?
Pro-Energy can purchase natural gas supply at locked in rates which allows us to provide great prices to our customers. Also, New York State is encouraging customers to buy from companies like Pro-Energy by eliminating the sales tax on the delivery of your gas, and tariff surcharges on your gas supply

Will my service continue as usual?
Your utility company will continue to read your meter and deliver the energy to your home or business.  They will also assist you in case of an emergency like a gas leak.  Your bill will come directly from Pro Energy and you would send your payment to us instead of National Fuel. 

Is there any enrollment or switching fees?
There are no fees for enrolling in the program or switching.  If you currently do not have service turned on there might be a security deposit required based on our credit check.     

Who qualifies for the program?
Any current customer of National Fuel can request enrollment in Pro-Energy's Power Savings Program. 

What do I do in the case of an emergency?
If there are any emergency issues such as a gas leak please contact National Fuel Gas at 1-800-444-3130.
